Incredible.
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have used nearly every insulated inflatable pad on the market and thought I found the best a couple of years ago when I upgraded to the Therm-a-Rest NeoAir Xlite. Coming from that, this pad is slightly heavier but it is well worth it. I find this pad to be far more comfortable, much more quiet, and the included Vortex pump sack makes inflating and deflating this pad as easy as eating a donut. I love NEMO and feel totally confident that this thing will last for a long time and if it doesn't I know NEMO will take care it with ease. This is my new favorite sleeping pad on the market and im sure you are going to love it.

Keeps Beer Cold & Hands Dry
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

It does exactly what it promises but im not completely sold. I think these make a fantastic gift and are certainly fun to have in the cabinet, however, of all the YETI products I own, this is definitely the least useful. I have a couple of complaints but if you are looking for a high-quality beer cozy that will keep your beer cold and keep your hands dry...this is it.

We did a full review highlighting the things we like and don't like about these Colsters here

Solid Performance By Black Diamond
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These poles have been around for some time now and we have been abusing them for years with no issues. So far we have purchased about 4 sets between our group and never had any issues (even when storing them in checked bags on airlines). The carbon has held up well for us and maintained its dependability in any environment. The newest version (white color) did change some minor things about the grips which I was not a huge fan of compared to the old but I still feel that these puppies deserve 5 out of 5 stars. They are lightweight, dependable, durable, and extremely comfortable. I love the cork grip and have yet to find anyone who didn't like these poles. The price is a bit steep but if you wait long enough, you can most certainly catch them 25% off as we have several times. To see our full review and more pictures check us out here

The Best Bag Money Can Buy
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I am a firm believer in the Patagonia Black Hole Duffel Line. That being said, I sold my Patagonia bags and opted for the YETI. Yes, the price is incredibly high but this fit and finish on this bag is outstanding. It is Carry On size which is awesome and it is fully waterproof so I can have one bag that is as at home on the river as it is on an airplane. So far I have had no problems with the bag other than not preferring the strait zipper in the middle of the bag but I can live with it. I can verify that this thing is 100% waterproof and the backpack straps are incredibly comfortable as well as easily removable. We did a full review of this bag with more pictures on our site here:

Exactly What You Need
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

If you are looking at this bag, you probably have a very specific use in mind. You may simply be wondering if it is going to perform as well as you think it would. Let me help you answer that question... YES. When people ask us which size to buy we generally say both the 45L and the 90L. While we love the 45L and use it all the time as a carry on bag, the 90L is simply irreplaceable. It has safely carried my scuba gear 3 continents and has no problems fitting my BCD, Regulator, Fins, Mask, Snorkel, and Wet Suit. This is a large bag and built tuff. The U-Shaped flap makes access in and out of the bag a breeze and our only real grip with the bag is the fact that its not completely waterproof. We think you are going to love this bag and would be surprised if it does not suit your needs. To see our full review with more photos check out our site here:

A Fantastic Bag and Our Favorite Size
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

We have been using Black Hole Duffel Bags for years now. While they arent perfect, they are about as close as we have seen. We love the colors, the weight, the u-shaped top zipper, and the comfort however we do wish that they were a bit more water resistant. Dont get me wrong, they have treated us well which is exactly why we still use them religiously but they are not "waterproof" as you might be hoping. We think the 45L is the perfect all around size and is our go-to for most of our trips and adventures. To see our full review along with more photos here:

Not My Favorite Size But Awesome Anyway
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

We have been using these bags for years. I have purchased and thoroughly tested nearly a dozen of various sizes. While not my favorite size of the bunch, the 60L pack represents an excellent size bag and we have found the water repellency to be quite good. No its not fully water proof but i have gotten caught in the rain on the kayak and this bag kept my gear dry. We love these bags and are fairly certain you will not be disappointed. Insulated Lid + Larger Volume = Winner
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

After using the 16oz version religiously we were very excited to try out the 22oz Tumbler. We were delghted to find that the added volume of the cup did not prevent us from using it in any cup holders either in the car or on our boat. Additionally, we love the fact that the there is not only a lid (unlike the 16oz) but it is insulated! This cup has worked out fantastic for us so far and we are very excited to have added it to our plethora of Vacuum sealed cups. We have a couple of small gripes but overall it has everything you would expect from Hydro Flask and almost no drawbacks. We did a full review with more photos here:

Slightly Expensive But Built to Last
4 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

We have been using this thing for a while now and and put it through some pretty serious abuse. It has been all over the world with me and still works like a charm. Its the perfect size and easily packable regardless of your destination. Unlike many other (cheaper) chargers, this thing is built to last and you will notice the quality as soon as you take it out of the packaging. Although it is definitely a bit expensive compared to the competition, we still love this thing. We did a full review with more pictures here:

A Bottle Designed For Anything, Anywhere
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Chances are, if you already have one, you know exactly what to expect. If you don't have one, buy it. While not the "Backcountry" branded one, we recently did a review of our Nalgene bottle and determined that it is definitely a staple for the outdoor enthusiast.
This bottle is lightweight, robust, and has a large capacity. It is ready for all of your outdoor adventures and highly recommended. To see our full review with more pictures check out the link below.

The Ultimate Cookout Cup
4 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I love this cup. While it certainly has it's limitations, I find that I use this cup the most around the grill and on the porch. Its keeps my drink cool, allows me to easily refill, and holds just the right amount. I love that it does not sweat and has a nice "grippy" texture along with a multitude of color options. Think of this as the ultimate around the house cup and not as a bottle as you will love it. It also tends to be on sale quite a bit as well so that is also a plus!

Do not buy this if you need a the ability to use a lid...

Exactly What You Are Looking For
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

We bought 3 pair of the Smith I/O Series goggles to use last season and absolutely loved them. With no fogging or distortion to speak of coupled with a lifetime warranty and spare lens, these goggles quickly became a group favorite.

We recently did a full review (with more photos) for those which can be accessed at the link below.

Great Bottle - But Not For What You Need
3 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

As a big fan of Hydroflask, I have to say I was a bit let down by this product. I love the metal construction and the size but for food specifically, its just did not perform as well as I would have liked. I tend to use it as a regular bottle instead of a food container and for that, its great! For a full review and additional pictures, see our link below!
