Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit: Runs small
Height: 5' 3"
Weight: 135 lbs
Size Purchased: Medium

I'm a relatively new skier with an endless love for deep pow, but without the skills to get down steeper runs without falling. Does this stop me from trying? No. Does this mean I need a burly jacket with the features to keep me dry while I dig myself out of waist deep snow? Yes.
This jacket is warm, soft inside, and has all the functionality and amazing material that someone with my ski style demands.

Pros:
Soft brushed interior is WARM
Vented neck and pit zips help cool you down when it's too warm
Stretch GORE-TEX fabric is waterproof and comfortable to wear
Plenty of pockets and storage
Long length fits well around my hips, looks awesome, and feels great

Cons:
The overall fit seems to run really small, but the arms are long and super roomy, which feels a little strange on. I didn't notice once I started moving
I had trouble taking the hood on and off over my helmet without unzipping the jacket. Not sure if this is possible with other jackets or not, but I wish it was easier.
The powder skirt didn't fit as tight as previous jacket's I've worn, and slipped up during a few falls

I loved running in these shoes because of their ample cushioning. I am absolutely someone who likes as much material underfoot as I can get, and these fit the bill. However, Hokas just don't seem to fit my feet! There is always a small part that rubs the ball of my foot the wrong way after a mile or so. These were slightly wider in the toe box than the Cliftons, but still not quite right. I think these would be perfect for someone with a slightly narrower foot, or if you've found success in getting Hokas to fit in other models.

Black yoga pants are basically a standing monthly line item in my personal budget. I've been loyal to Outdoor Voices, Girlfriend Collective, and Lululemon in the past, but these are my favorite new pair by far. These are soft and stretchy, but the high waist is slightly more structured so stays put and comfortable through a variety of activities. I don't consider leggings real pants, but these are opaque and flattering enough to wear out of the house. Incredible quality for the price.

My husband loves his Cotopaxi Allpa for travel, and I thought this pack might be a good fit for my commute given that it also has tons of useful pockets. I was right! The interior pockets are clearly designed for toting office essentials - a giant padded laptop sleeve (which also holds at least 2 notebooks or legal pads), pen loops, and a very spacious zippered pouch that holds my workout clothes. I use the exterior pockets to hold smaller essentials (headphones, lip balm, lotion, more pens) and the exterior front zip pocket is large enough for a pair of running shoes! I used to bring at least 2 totes to work but have been able to streamline everything into this one with space to spare! I even spilled a bottle of kombucha in the front pocket one day and it wiped up and didn't leak into the interior. What more could you ask for? The only slight drawback is that because of the design, this bag has to be opened flat kind of like a sporty briefcase, which is an adjustment since I'm used to just reaching into a backpack to get what I need.
