Not as easy to use as a normal ATC, but once you get used to it, it is easy to belay with. I bought this as a secondary belay device to use while belaying my partner on lead rope climbs. I really only use it when working on longer more difficult routes. The Grigri 2 is probably not a necessary upgrade based on what I've seen and used from the first version. I would totally recommend this for any climber.

I am still getting used to these, but on long days it has relieved my neck strain when looking up for hours. The view of the climber is kind of like looking at a TV since it's just a small window of what is above you. This is good because you can easily see around them but requires a little extra concentration. The construction is super solid and feels really nice. They fit over my daily wear glasses and my large sunglasses.

Love these skis! I live on the west coast so was looking for skis that would handle deep powder but also groomers and ended up settling with the Soul 7's. I've been able to use these on some early season conditions and the control off the runs is incredible! I am not the strongest skier but these skis are so easy to control and turn anyone from intermediate to advance should love the performance of these skis. The turn in and responsiveness on the groomers was not quite as sharp as it was off the runs which was expected, but they still held their own and made for a very enjoyable day. Overall would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for an all mountain ski that can handle anything thrown at it especially if you are looking to go off the runs or for those fresh powder days!
Pros: Performance in heavy snow
lightweight and responsiveness
very playful and easy to flip around

Cons: Not the best on tightly packed groomers
slight vibrations at higher speeds

Best sleeping bag ever owned! Was surprisingly comfortable during our overnight camping trip. Temps dropped down to around 30 degrees and they kept us warm all night, and the vents on the sides were nice for ventilation. Was also surprised by the leg room as these are a little wider than normal sleeping bags giving us room to shift around at night when needed. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a sleeping bag for casual camping in temps above 20 degrees, but not for your hardcore survivalist campers.
Pros: Leg room
Vents
Lightweight
Warmth in colder temps

Cons: None preformed as expected

I purchased this jacket for the upcoming ski season and got a chance to test this out the other day while messing around learning to snowboard for the first time. I am 5'2" and about 150lbs and I sized up to a large to adjust for wearing winter layers underneath. This fit perfectly with a t-shirt and a hoodie underneath, and still had just enough room for proper arm/body movement. The arms have a thin layer that goes around your hands with a thumbhole, which was super handy for keeping my jacket sleeves in place while putting gloves on and off. I had never had a jacket that had that feature before and I loved it. There are two standard side pockets on the outside of the jacket and one inside pocket on the left chest which perfectly fit my ski lift pass, ID and any cards I was carrying and my chapstick. There is also an extra snap closure to keep the bottom inside hem taught around your waist to keep any snow from getting inside the jacket.

After testing this out during many a fall while learning a new snow sport, I have to say this is a great jacket! The only con, and it isn't really a con for me, is that it is a single layer jacket. There isn't a separate jacket and shell that you zip together. Personally I prefer that because it feels less bulky. I would highly recommend this product if you are in the market for a new ski/snowboarding jacket.

I purchased these pants because I was in need of a new pair of ski pants for the upcoming season. I have a hard time shopping in stores for these because I am only 5'2" and stores only tend to carry regular and long length pants. I am happy to say these fit perfectly in length for me! I tested these out the other day for a day of messing around on a snowboard for the first time. I sized up to a large to adjust for various levels of inner layering. These fit great and the adjustable waist helps when adjusting to fit whatever you are wearing under the ski pants. It wasn't super cold that day, so the thigh vents came in handy. These kept me warm and dry, even with sitting in the snow for decent periods of time, between falling and resting. The performance of the pants were great, with as much falling as I went through, no snow got to my inner layers.

The only con would be that it does attract pet hair, but that is an easy fix with a lint roller or just playing out in the snow! Overall, I would highly recommend these for anyone who is planning on any sort of snow adventures.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I have multiple pants and I hate it when I don't have an Arcade belt in the loops of the pants. I bought this Arcade belt, cause I hate putting on and off belts, so this is more or less permanent with my pants. Arcade belts look good, lightweight, good on/off snap and TSA friendly!!

I'm a big fan of beanies and this beanie is warm and soft to the tough. Compared to my other beanies it is on the smaller side, but maybe it just needs to broken in or washed once or twice to stretch the fabric a bit.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have a MSR cooking kit that uses this bottle. This is my second one (I have two motorcycles and I always forget my other bottle on the bike I'm not riding) and it never leaks, warped and it is bullet proof. I like the red color specifically because I know gasoline is in there without any confusion.
