Have worn these for a week of ice climbing (CO) and two weeks of AK mountain climbing (Mt Drum). Very comfortable and warm. Like all boots and shoes these will either fit your feet or they won't and how they feel will depend on the individual. They were the only footwear I had for two weeks in AK and were just great the whole time, no pinch points, no hot spots, certainly no blisters. I used thin smart wool socks with a liner. The Boa system is just awesome, makes adjusting on the fly so easy and no fussing with laces sitting in a tent pulling them on when it is snowing...As others have noted they are not waterproof all the way up (basically from ankle up) and this is a disadvantage. The advantage is that they are much easier to get on and off than a boot with a zipper (Phantom 6000) or with laces (Spantik). If you are planning lots of (more than 3-4" deep) stream/river fording this will be a problem. If you are planning on staying on snow/ice it won't matter.

I bought these for a trip to Chamonix to climb Mont Blanc and they are a solid choice. They have a trimmer fit than is typical for more US-centric brands, but that was an advantage, they snag on less stuff. They have a silicone band at the heel which helps keep them from riding up. The integrated draw string is a nice addition as well and the lower zippered pockets work well.

I like the modularity of this design - being able to slip off the outer mitten and have a more dexterous inner glove to work with. I also have the Alti mitten and the Alti mitten's inner mitten and the Baker inner glove are easily interchangeable. I wore this on a Winter ascent of Mt Washington (NH), about 10-15F with 40MPH winds and they kept my hands warm.

This is my favorite jacket. It is amazingly light and warm and reasonably water resistant, while still keeping you warm when it does get wet, for a soft-shell. I have used it is an outer-layer on a Mount Baker summit in the Summer and a mid-layer on Mount Washington (NH) in the Winter and for ice climbing. It is my jacket of choice for Spring and Fall hiking.
