Ed Compeanwrote a review of Salomon Sense Ride Trail Running Shoe - Men's on July 28, 2018
Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size
Below is based off about 120-miles with on my Sense Rides, including two runs over 15-miles.
The Sense Ride excels on good single track, even if it's a little sandy. They are good on more technical terrain or even on pavement. Sense rides are only okay in mud. I will say being able to travel with one par of shoes is great and being comfortable with a couple miles of pavement before the trail makes the Sense Ride almost be the only trail running shoe I'll need.
The only drawback is that after only 120 miles, the upper is wearing. I'll probably get 300-miles, which is the minimum, though I aim for 400.
