Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have nothing bad to say about this item. It cleans easy, weighs almost nothing, and works for both hot and cold drinks. I've put it directly on my stove, which I doubt is recommended, but it worked fine.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

It's the perfect size for a few riders to have a drink after a mountain bike ride. The taste never stains, and the 'drink' stays ice cold while maintaining its carbonation. No problems with temperature, even after 4 hours in a hot car.

My primary goals were waterproof, lightweight, and packable. I asked the gear experts at Backcountry for a recommendation, and I couldn't be happier that I did. The Essence exceeds my expectations in all three areas.

I've used the jacket on the river for early season fly fishing, on the trail for MTB, and around town during spring storms.

They look great. I wear an 8 with Swany and Hestra so I figured M would be the way to go. That ended up being too small, but the gloves themselves rock.

Follow up: I've been using the FlyLow Gear Blaster 2.0 Glove all spring, and they get better with each use. I'm extremely happy. They're not too hot on 45+ degree days and still keep my hands warm/dry on 30ish degree days. They don't come with a wrist leash, and I'm a phone addict, so I made my own.

They seem high quality for the price but the feet and length are entirely too small. I'm not going to go up to L either because they will be too baggy at that point (I assume). Seems like Redington missed the sizing mark here.
