Familiarity: I've used it several times
I tried the Lithic glove last year and sent it back because the sizing was a bit off and the XL didn't fit my hands - the wrist strap crossed the bottom of my palm. This year I decided to try again with the Rush and I'm glad I did. The XL fits me well and I really like the dexterity you have with the glove.
While not the warmest gloves, they have a couple things going for them. First you can buy replacement liners from Arc. I put an extra set in my pack to switch out mid day if the liners are getting a little wet. Second the gloves are made with soft leather and don't require a break in period to feel comfortable.
For me, they keep my hands warm to about 15°F. I'll still use my BD Guides on the coldest of days. Other than that, the gloves are pretty bombproof.
