Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I loved the gloves and would give them a 10+. They are super warm and very comfy. The leather is very soft and pliable and makes holding ski poles much easier. I don't have to grip as hard which lets my hands be more relaxed. There is an extra large space for the heat packets for extreme weather. I put 2 heat packets in and my friend that has a pair put in 4. It kept them nice and toasty.

Really like this jacket! It is a great fit, very slim but still very warm. My only complaint is the velcro on the outside. If you're wearing it only partially zipped or have it hanging off your chair the velcro gets caught on everything.

Very warm and pretty good fit. It is a fun mix of materials and a bright red color. The collar is a little bit annoying. the length is nice to keep you warm but the double collar makes it harder to wear under other layers

Fit: Runs large

I purchased these for cold weather MTB and they work great (plenty warm down into the low 30's, I think they would work in the 20's as well). Stretchy enough for comfortable riding and the legs are narrow enough to not rub against the chain. Full zippers down both legs when you need some air flow. They do run a bit large, I recommend sizing down.

I've worn these on a few longer rides, 3+ hours, and they were super comfortable. I had the same issue another review describes with the zippers coming down, but as long as I "lock" the zipper in place by positioning it down, I haven't had any issues. I would recommend these, especially for longer rides.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These gloves are perfect on cooler days. I'll use these down to about 40 degrees before switching to a warmer glove. They are excellent at blocking wind and light rain, but still breathe so your hands don't get soaked on a high exertion section. There's no padding in the palm, but are still comfortable for me on longer rides.

I agree with the earlier review that the liner leaves something to be desired. The shorts themselves are comfortable and high quality, but I just use other liners with them after having them rub me the wrong way on a couple of rides. Pretty high price for just the shorts.
