Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
Fit: Runs large

Very high quality boot. I typically wear a size 8 in a street shoe so went with a 7.5 for the boot and still found them to be a full size too big. I compared them to my size 8 Sorel leather boot and these were a full inch longer. from heel to toe.

Love the boot but they just arent going to work.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Only tire I rock. They wear down a little quick but thats just part of maintaining your bike.

If you want grip, softer tires are sometimes the answer and these things fit the bill.

They arent that heavy either, why would you not ride these?.....there is no reason.

These thing are absolutely bomb proof. After using XT pedals that didnt have the cage around them for years, I decided to make a move to something with a little more meat.

I recently got into some more enduro style riding and the cage really helps orient the pedal fast should you need to unclip and clip back in quickly. You can really slap your shoe on these things and BAM you are back in it.

Countless pedals strikes and these things just keep going. I have actually NEVER retired a pair of SPD mountain pedals. They simple last forever and the system is proven.

I really like this shoe. The grip is great if you need to get off the bike. Very comfortable. They are pretty lightweight.

Definitely not a race fit as the toe box has quite alot of room for me. I tend to use these for gnarlier rides in the 15 mile and under range, anything longer and I opt for my XC shoes for efficiency. Pedaling is pretty good on these.

im not a big guy so Im not putting a ton of power into the sole so pedaling is just fine.

I highly recommend,
