Chazz Ogden's Bio

Insta: @chazz_patrick

Born and raised in beautiful SLC. Started snowboarding when I was 5 at Brighton Resort. Worked in the Ski/Snowboard industry for over 5 years. This will be my third season enjoying the backcountry via split board and enjoying the places it takes me. Started fly fishing a year ago and it has only took over from there, love fishing for anything from carp in dirty urban ponds to trout in high remote mountain streams. Rock climbing has become a big part of my life during the summer of the past few years. Have 2 amazing dogs (Porter and Miika) and take them on every adventure I can.
To sum things up, I have too much fun and not enough time.

I use these when fly fishing for the colder season. Start out with them on and once the sun comes out and i start to get a little toasty I pop them off without having to take off my waders all the way and leaving my boots on. Soft and comfy with the versatility aspect running the show. True to size but not the skin tight type of base.

Highly recommend for anyone like myself that likes to be prepared for any situation or temp.

I also use the same 3/4 base layer in the spring time for touring. They are a life savor for the days you go out before the sun comes out and the temp in the morning is down to single digits. As i climb and work my body temp up I will start by venting my bibs. Once that is not enough I then pop these bad boys off and put the out through the vent holes in my bibs. This way i will not start to get wet. One you are wet it is vary vary hard to warm back up. If I get to the top and start to cool off after switching out the split board I can toss these right back on. Somehow ever time I make it to the summit weather moves in and drops the temps and these on/off base layers have saved me some days. In the spring time I rarely have to toss them back on and will just toss them right into my pack and forget them for another day.

I use this jacket as my night ridding jacket and only on the coldest of days.
Fit is amazing, long torso and sleeves make it so it is never ridding up on you.
Best part about it is the Hand Gators, will never buy a jacket without them.

Best all around bindings out right now. One word describes it "Responsive". It is stiff but soft, send it deep and it will keep you up right but dip into some deep stuff and have enough board feel to surf your way out.

Boom proof buckles and straps and minimal hardware holding it together so you don't need to worry about tightening screws so they don't back out on you.

I said it! Best boxers ever... For years I have used my soccer compression shorts when I go touring, climbing, or anything where I am going to be exerting a lot of energy. Now I have 3 pairs of these and already think I need more. The best "chaff resistant" boxers I have ever put on.

One hit wonder, this thing does not just do it all, it is the best.
If you don't like the idea of having an everyday board and and powder board then this is the board for you. Ride it on the deepest days to elbow dragging groomer days. Med-Stiff flex with a camber profile you can press out rails and stomp the big line jumps.
Buy this board, you will not regret it.
