Familiarity: I've used it several times
Getting to the point where I could even use this watch was painful due to its horrible supporting website and app (which you HAVE to register with before you can use the thing). *deleted snarky commend about website*. Multiple emails and calls to customer support finally resolved it. And THEN, it doesn't even work properly when swimming (which is why I got it, for the swim functionality). It registered less than half the yardage of the people I was swimming with, all of whom were using Garmins. To be fair, this is a common problem with trackers -- I had been borrowing my husband's old Garmin, which makes no claim to be useful for swimming, and had to stick it in my cap to keep it at the surface of the water and in contact with the satellite. But this one has a swim function, so you'd presume it could handle being 30 inches underwater. Now that I've checked the user forums, it looks like I'm not alone -- basically, this thing simply doesn't work for tracking swimming. If you're not interested in that, you may be fine with this watch. Me, I wish I'd spent the money on a Garmin.
