Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I got this during the winter when I was running a lot to cross-train, and it definitely was worth it. I'm not one to usually get sore, so I was a little skeptical that it could do anything for me, but it did. I usually do 30-45 minutes of quads, then glutes, then hamstrings if I have time (just pop the electrodes on and sit down to do work). Sometimes I notice the difference right away, but if I don't, I do the next day when I am about to start my workout (I did the control a few times of just doing one leg and not the other, that is when you will really feel the benefit of this). It allows me to recover much faster and get more out of my hard workouts. Oh, and if you are careful (or you don't mind taping them on), the electrodes can last quite a while.
