These Reefton's have such a great frame shape, and the glass lens in them is insanely clear! It does make them a tad heavy, but that is most likely because I am not use to having a glass lens in my sunglasses. After a day of wearing them on the river I was very impressed with not only their clarity of the water while fishing, but also how comfortable they were! Overall would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great looking, fitting, and performing pair of sunglasses (especially for fishing use).

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've been through about 4-5 different snowboard boots over the years and these Vans Implants are by far my favorite. They're so comfortable, have the perfect flex (I'd say it's around a 5-6 out of 10), and just everything about them is awesome! Love the power-strap to keep everything nice and snug on the tongue, and the Hybrid boa is the key factor. The laces offer that nice soft flex when leaning in toe side, and the Hybrid boa is solely to prevent any heel lift and it does just that perfectly!

I have last years model which was not the Pro, however if those were a 10/10 then I can only imagine how nice these Pro's will be. Only additions to this new Pro model is the horseshoe shaped ankle pads are removable, and the boa was lowered a bit to make them more streamline. The V2 UltraCush liner is very soft and extremely comfortable, but it does pack out quite quickly. I wear an 11 in a street shoe and I sized down to a 10.5 in these, they were a little snug out of the box but after about 4-5 days in them they're absolutely perfect size wise. Would highly recommend!

These Simms Guide Thermal socks are awesome when it comes to keeping your feet warm on those cold winter fishing days! They are also super comfortable, and fill out your wading boots nicely. They are quite thick so if you wear your wading boots a little smaller they may make things a little snug, however I find them a cold water fishing essential. Nothing better than a Merino Wool sock!

This Sea to Summit Talus sleeping bag is super nice, and also packs down quite small for being a 750+ down fill. I recently used it up in the Uintas on a few 40 degree nights and I was the perfect temp! It was also very comfortable, and worked great paired with an insulated sleeping pad. The DWR coating that is on it is also a great feature to keep the dew and moisture from seeping in and getting you cold (this can also always be re-applied with a Nikwax or Granger's wash). Overall awesome sleeping bag that is super comfortable as well as packs down nice and small for those colder Fall temps!

This Sea to Summit UL Insulated pad is super nice, and also packs down quite small for being an insulated pad. You can get it down to about the size of a football. Also it performs so well, it's super warm as well as comfortable. I used it up in the Uintas recently on a chilly night in the low 40's and it kept me warm all night! It's very easy to inflate and it blows up on both sizes which gives you a bunch of extra cushioning. Overall awesome pad that I would highly recommend for those chilly nights!

Petzl Altitude Harness is really nice and performed so well for me while canyoneering in Zion! It was so lightweight, and also fully waterproof which was awesome when going in and out of the water. Overall awesome harness and definitely a go to for a lightweight setup, especially because it packs down so small!

Such an awesome waterproof pack!

I took this Yeti Panga with me to Zion when I was lucky enough to be able to do the Subway hike down there. The pack performed beyond my expectations and was the perfect piece of gear for the trip! The ThickSkin Shell is so durable and held up super well. Also, the fully waterproof construction was awesome and allowed me to be able to swim through the slot canyons of the Subway with no worries of getting my spare clothes and food wet! The zipper can be a little tough to zip but that's how I've found all waterproof zippers to be, and that's what you want to ensure that the pack is fully sealed. Overall, awesome pack that I would highly recommend if you do a lot of water activities and would like to keep all your belongings inside dry!

This Marmot Trestles 15 degree bag is the perfect all around bag in my opinion. I use it mainly in the summers when the temps get into the 40's in the high Uintas and it works out perfectly for me! I'm a fairly warm sleeper, but on real cold nights I add a bag liner to my setup and it adds about 10 degree's of warmth and i'm good to go. It's definitely not quite as warm or as packable as my 15 degree Marmot Helium, but worth the money savings for a great Synthetic Summer/Fall bag!

These Simms guide pants fit so well, the elastic expandable waist band is so comfortable and works like a dream, and they dry in what feels like seconds! The stretch is also such a great feature as it makes these pants fit even better and more versatile for those long wet wading days on the water. Lastly they are so lightweight that it feels like you have nothing on, and that's so awesome with something that has built in UPF 50 sun protection. They're definitely a summer fishing must have in my opinion!

I've owned a Simms Taco bag for a long time now and I can't imagine going fishing without it. It's such a simple yet effective piece of gear! Travel with your waders and boots in it, stand on it while taking your waders and boots back off after the day, and then travel back home with everything back in it. Doesn't get any easier than that, and your gear does dry quite nicely in it due to the mesh netting Simms built into the top of this Taco bag.

This Marmot Eclipse is great, and the features of it are even more impressive! Marmot killed it with the EvoDry technology in the Eco shell that they used for this Eclipse, which makes it such a nice feeling to not have to apply a DWR treatment to the jacket in the future. It is crazy breathable, and most definitely fully waterproof! I also love the high backpacking style pockets, it's super lightweight (under 1lb), and the underarm vent to dump heat when needed are so awesome.

Lastly although it is listed as a semi-fitted style, I would classify it as more of a traditional fit. I would say that you can get it to a semi fitted style if you cinch it down tight around the waist, but out of the box it's more of a regular fit. Lastly, I love that it is made with entirely recycled fabrics. Just shows how great and environmentally friendly of a company Marmot really is, love all their gear and apparel!

This Utensil Set is great, and definitely gets the job done! It's not super packable, but works perfect for car camping. I usually go with something a little smaller when backpacking, but these Ultimate Survival Technologies Utensils are very durable and easy to clean. Also really like how they have the little twist style carabiner on them to keep them all together so that you don't lose them. Great set of silverware, especially for the price!

This Ben's Clothing & Gear Insect Repellent Spray works so well! I usually spray my clothes right before I head out fishing or hiking for the day, especially if I know it's a buggy area and this stuff keeps everything off me. It's also safe to spray on your skin if you have area's that will be exposed! It's 100% DEET, doesn't smell, and lasts quite a long time before it wears off. Top notch bug and tick spray in my opinion!

These pre-cut moleskin shapes are awesome for those longer hikes and especially for backpacking trips. No scissors or knife needed, and they are so easy to just toss in your pack and keep close if need be. Nothing worse than getting a bad blister out on a long hike and having nothing to cover it up/protect it with!

I've been fishing in these Electric Tech One XL-S' and they have been awesome so far! The clarity they provide is top notch, and the Ohm Plus Polar Bronze lens is perfect for stream fishing. They also have a great fit to them, and the XL frame provides a vast amount of sun protection from all angles. Overall awesome sunglasses for anything at all you want to use them for, especially with the wide selection of lens colors they offer in them!

This Patagonia Stealth chest pack definitely lives up to it's name! It's super sleek, is the perfect size for minimalist fishing, and the DWR finish definitely keeps water out. I fished a few weekends back in a fairly heavy rain and all my gear inside was still quite dry. It also has the perfect amount of pockets, holds 2 small fly boxes plus accessories with ease. Overall great pack, fits like a glove, and is just the right size to carry the essentials!

I really like the look and style of his That'll Do Oxford. I got it in the Pavement color with the black buttons and it goes so well with a black pair of pants. It does however run a tad small because it is a slim fit, but I sized up and it was perfect!
