Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: Runs small
Height: 6' 4"
Weight: 190 lbs
Size Purchased: large (but it fits very slim)

fits small and has a european cut to it...so try on if possible or order a bit bigger. I'm 6'4 190 lbs and the large fits me well, but its definitely slim fitting, and I wouldn't be able to multi-layer underneath. I use it for hiking, cold weather mtb'ing, and may try it for some spring skiing if temp is 40 or higher. As others have said, it is a great wind blocker, and is awesome in regards to function with the zippers/pockets.
Cool gadget that i recently learned is that the side/vent zippers will lock in place if the zipper is pointed up, which I thought was super cool. Those swiss engineer some good stuff!!
Its an expensive piece, but the really good stuff typically is, and this piece does not disappoint.

I've always loved their wheels and have raced them for years, but a few years back I started trying some of their other products, including their shoes, and I have been quite pleased. These XC shoes have been my latest pickup and they are good! Very durable, with a good combination of stiffness/responsiveness, without excessive weight. I've also used them a bit for cyclocross and they are comfortable to walk and do short runs in as well.

I have ridden with these for 1 full season and they are very stiff and very light--pretty much the two things you want most out of a good road shoe. They are difficult to keep clean--especially the white that I chose, but I've never been one that worried too much about keeping cycling shoes clean. They seem to be well made and have held up well so far. I highly recommend them.

I've had this jacket for a couple of months--I have the navy with paintbrush red accents (that actually look more orange to me). I'm 6'4 190 lbs and I got the XL. The fit is good, and a bit baggy--but I like that for the versatility it provides. I can wear a shirt + sweater underneath this and use is as an outer jacket in moderate winter conditions (25-45F). I've also used it as a midlayer under a shell for skiing and it did a great job there too. As others have said, it is warmer than you would guess as it is extremely light in terms of weight, but it is very warm. I would give this piece 5 stars--i like it a lot!

Hydro flask makes a great container that keeps whatever you are drinking either hot or cold all day. Backcountry logo on it just adds to the excellence. Trying to resist buying another (have 2 with the logo) but not sure how much longer I can hold out.

Acorn has been keeping my feet happy for decades and this slipper is no different. Warm, extremely lightweight (feels like you are wearing socks), and the sole is nice as you can wear it outside a bit. I love the slipper.

I really like these gloves. Lots of handy features: liners that can be removed, pull cord to tighten the top of the cuff/gauntlet, velcro straps to tighten around wrist, and the CRITICAL wrist straps/cords for when you take the glove off on the hill or lift and you don't have to worry about the falling. They also have a nice little carabiner to attach the gloves to a pack or pretty much anything else you want to attach them too. I also really like the gauntlet style of this glove and its easy to fit a jacket cuff under or over the gauntlet depending on the way you prefer.

this was a gift for my wife and so far she absolutely LOVES this coat. Says that it is very warm, very comfortable, and thus far has been very durable. It is also very functional with good pockets and pulls. highly recommend.

this blanket is pretty awesome. it works great on the ground, is water resistant on the bottom, and seems pretty durable so far. the top side is comfortable as well. It folds up pretty nicely, but as others have said, its not a blanket you are going to put in a backpack, as its pretty large even when folded up. Best uses for this blanket IMO are: festivals, soccer games, picnics.

they are very comfortable and warm, they are not super great to walk around in however as they slide around (i.e., its hard to keep them centered on the bottom of your feet when you walk around). Accordingly, highly recommend them for inside, but if looking for a shoe to wear outside for short trips I would look for something else (Acorn moc slipper)

So I'm a guy and I have some Uggs (Muggs)...they are pretty awesome. I'm on year 3 and they have held up great, and they are super comfortable, and super warm. I wish they had a bit more tread on the bottom but that really isn't much of a complaint. They still get 5 stars.

these pants are awesome--great as a base layer under shell pants for skiing, or great just to wear around in the winter months. They are warm, comfortable, and durable. I LOVE SYNCHILLA. Wish they made more products in SYNCHILLA.

these slippers are warm and can be worn inside or for light duty outside (getting the mail, running to the store, etc). They are pretty durable as I've had mine for going on 4 years now and they have held up well. I have two pairs, the camo and dark blue.

i bought this to replace a TNF shell and wore it a few times. It is very well made, functional, and serves its purpose, however I went back to my prior TNF shell as the pockets on the Patagonia were a bit bothersome and difficult to use with ski gloves on. As others have stated, its also runs a bit big. I'm 6'4 190 and I could likely wear an L as the XL is very roomy.
