Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
Fit: Runs small
Height: 6' 3"
Weight: 220 lbs
Size Purchased: XL

I'm 6'3" 220 lbs. I've worn an XL in every jacket ever. Put on the Thorium and WOW it was insanely tight. Could barely even zip the zipper haha. I like a slimmer fit jacket; Patgonia XL down hoodies always feel a little boxy and baggy for me, but this is ridiculous.

Actually an amazingly fun deck to ride all over the mountain. I love how quick it is edge to edge. I took it down some tight steep couloirs today on some wind-buffed pow. The short/fat design, spooned out tip and tail and super mellow flex create a very skate-esque feel in fresh snow. Even dropped some 10-20 foot airs on it and found it super forgiving on landings. Rides switch like a true twin should.

I'm 6'3" 225 lbs and I went for the 158W. I have 13 boots and get very little toe drag at all with this board. I think that helps the float in deep snow as well. I love how the channel lets me get my stance out super wide. I also have a 169W Custom for charging the steep and deep.

I've been riding in mostly epic powder conditions; so I haven't taken it in the park much yet. I'm sure the flat/no-camber design will make pressing sweet.

I bought these pants last season. I was super happy with them; but they started to get a small tear near the side pocket. I'd put over 150 days on them; but I sent them back to Burton to see if they'd stitch them up for me (AK stuff has a lifetime warranty). They sent me a brand new pair of this year's pants.

People act like Burton is some sort of giant corporate snowboard company that isn't part of the 'core' snowboarding community. In my experience; they stand behind their products like no other company will. AK stuff is bomber. And if it fails you; it's got a lifetime warranty. Thanks for being awesome Burton.

I live in Montana and hike on a daily basis. I've owned shoes made my Montrail, Solomon, you name it... These are the most well-made, comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I have eight months on them and they look almost new. I've had them caked in mud and they always come back good as new.

I can't say enough about these shoes. I've destroyed more than my fair share of hiking shoes, but I haven't been able to wreck these yet. Buy them.
