Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: Runs small
Height: 6' 3"
Weight: 200 lbs
Size Purchased: 48

The fact that my toe is positioned more over the focal point of the shoe took a little getting use to. Now, I try to push my toes off small edges and no shadows with no luck. Place your toe and forget about it.
No pressure points in the toe box.
The stiff mid-sole and soft rubber is a great combo.
The soft rubber in the arch allows me to toe down by flexing my foot instead of having to crank my heel through the back of my calf.
There is certainly no shoe that can compare to the style and finish of the Blue Acro.

There is no better shoe at this price.
It has a stiff mid-sole with soft durable rubber.
It has alternating, multi-angled straps to allow a versatile fit for different types of climbing.
The simple narrow heel fit like someone spray painted sticky rubber on your heel, as opposed to other shoes that have made me feel like I'm jamming my heel into a rubber box on the back of an old sock.
I wore it all day the second time I tried it out.

This shoes ability to comfortably jam into a crack allowed me to get a rest on my project that felt almost like cheating.
I wore it all day my second time out.
Incredible edging and great rubber.
This shoe is as stiff as it gets, in the best possible way.

Virtually no break in period.
The best heel/toe combo of any climbing shoe I've worn.
I learned to trust a heel hook in this shoe, because my heel stayed where I put it.
No glue splatter, clean finish.
The stiff down-turned ABS mid-sole and soft rubber make it the most versatile shoe I have ever climbed in.
I'm also a big fan of the Python and the new Shaman, but the Acro is my current red-point shoe.
