Really great harness. I'll agree with other reviews that the gear loops are a little small, but I've never had a major problem with them. This harness really feels 'alpine' and is comfortable and light. Works great whether I'm doing trad or sport. Possibly my favorite harness I've owned yet.

These pants are pretty decent. Love the look, just wish they were a little less baggy. Also feel pretty thin compared to my other nylon/polyester pants, but that makes them very breathable. I haven't taken them climbing outdoors yet and I'm curious how they'll hold up, considering the material and how thin and flimsy it feels. They're certainly adequate for general outdoor activities.

I've been exclusively wearing these pants ice climbing and I love them. My only gripe is that they're a little too tight on the lower legs and wearing mountain boots makes you look like you have disproportionately large feet, but climbing isn't all about fashion, isn't it?

Absolutely love the waterproof/reinforced(?) knees, I kneel down on snowy ledges all day and don't have annoying wet knees when I stand back up. Would recommend, but keep in mind they are a pretty snug fit.

Very comfortable. The only problem that I've had with them is tightening them... I usually have to cinch down more on the laces than I do with other shoes to get them tight enough where the heal won't slip around. It's not uncomfortable and doesn't usually cut off circulation but it can be tricky to tighten them enough for a day out; and occasionally I've had to re-tie them in the middle of a longer day hike. I've lived off Merrell's for so long I finally decided to open up to another brand for a day hiker so I don't really know how common it is to stop and re-tighten your shoes in the middle of hike, but I'd assume it's not that common. Other than that they are very comfortable and grip very nicely on rock. I even managed to do a couple of very low angle slab pitches at whitehorse ledge while wearing these shoes.
