I love arcteryx, have XL in many different categories, but the sleeves are just on the acceptable side of snug.
I paired with medium weight base for approach, and Cerium XL for summits on 14ers this fall, that's when you notice the arms arm slim, but doesn't over compress the down layer, still warm on windy peaks.

Runs a little tight, got XL, and am 6'-4"/190lbs. I think it is better overall though, tough and light, more than warm enough with a light base and softball for 32F and 30mph winds. Hood and zipper are great for regulating heat.

Fits my street 13 well, with a little play in the heel, but 47 is too tight. There are tiny differences between L and R, but they are handmade, so there's that.
Warm as heck, didn't heat mold, and have seemed to form to feet just fine after several uses. Might mold down the road.
G12 new-matic crampons fit well, but if rear adjuster is fully open, otherwise it bulges the rear welt, and am a little concerned it might be too much tension and wear out that attachment point.
Would probably replace in kind when the need comes up!

Only main difference i could easily spot between these and the expeditions was the upper closure system, but for the price difference I can skip the Velcro (I looked at adding some, but is hard to fit through the loop).
Basically are amped up OR Rocky Mountains. XXL pairs well with Baruntse 47.5/13.5, but tightens only to the 4th hole, don't think they make bigger anyways.
Sturdy construction, no worrying about the strap tearing out like on older style.

Got these to pair with La Sportiva Baruntse, 47.5/13.5, with the 190mm extension bars (at smallest adjustment with extension bar, also fit Nepal Cube GTX), and they fit almost perfectly! Just a slight 3/16" gap between the front welt and crampon, but makes great contact overall. Simple to use and adjust!
Will need to see how front cage holds up, but seems it will be sturdy enough for what I need (not ice walls). Will update if I ever have issues.
