Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought this board for pow out here in the Tetons and by golly it rips everything. I mean everything. I had never ridden a fish tail before and this thing still has great pop!
It is a lib tech so it is a bit lighter and easier to chip the top layer but who cares.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

Got these boots a few months ago and have ridden them a decent amount. Not a fan, although they are burly and have vibram soles I am disappointed in my purchase. The lacing doesn't hold at all, I am consistently battling with re tightening my boots. Which is something I never want to worry about while in the backcountry. I love Thirty Two Boots and these dont even compare. The liner packed out way more than expected so now they even feel too big.
Look at the Jeremy Jones XLTs if all you want is the Vibram

These pants fit on the slimmer size, I bought them to replace the last pair of pants I ripped while climbing. They have a nice stretch so as long as your not butt scooting everything they should last for a decent amount of time. The only down side for me is that I wanted to do some spring snowboarding in these but my acl knee brace will have to go over the pant. Not enough room to fit it underneath.

I wont go out into the backcountry without this piece. It is warm and fits well. Not ideal for warmer days but it is easily packable. I would recommend this balaclava to anyone in need. I might just have to pick up another.

I bought these for spring riding in Jackson Hole last year, they were great for spring temps however not that durable, after just one spring I got holes in each of the gloves...Take into account that I ride a lot.
Decent gloves for the price

I absolutely love this thing for all sorts of adventures, from cold weather camping trips to snowboarding in and out of bounds. I am 5'11 165lbs and I own a large. It is a bit big but fits me well enough, this thing will keep you warm, plus its easy to drop your kids off at the pool with the zipper feature.

Wasup, I am 5'11 165lbs and I bought the 65cm Ice Axe. It is too legit to quit.. But really it fits very well on my pack while splitboarding or spring glacier travel. Long enough to put my poles away on steep ascents. I use it for self arresting and that's it, but I have had to use it twice and it didn't fail me, thankfully.
