I ordered a small - and felt it was a little tight so i ordered two more in medium. There is not a lot of difference in the two but if you are in doubt go a size bigger.
I am undergoing medical treatment which requires i stay out of the sun or block it as much as i can when i am in it. This shirt is amazing. I wear it when i am outside working and it gets very dirty. I've found that if i spray the bad dirt with SHOUT before washing, it comes out of the laundry looking brand new so i can wear it for more than working.
