No more endless digging!

I love the fact that the pack can be opened on its full length from the back. This makes accessing the content so easy. hate it if you have to digg in a pack to find things on the bottom.
While I wasn't fully convinced whether to keep the pack when I got it as it is quite tall and heavy, I now actually love it. It is extremly comfortable to wear. Its not the most light weight but once you put on, you don't feel the weight at all.
One thing to notice is that the bottom is made of a different material than the rest. I found this material to be of less strenght. We were

One of my favorites. It is so light weight, comfortable, functional and stylish. I use it as a mid layer when skiing or as an outer layer when hiking/walking in dy weather. I also bring it whenever I need to travel on a plane as it packs so nicely.

I actually purchased the jacket for skiing but since the zipper of my old hiking hardshell has given in, I am now using it as my year round waterproof shell.
I own quite a lot of Norrona stuff and with pretty much all of their gear, it is of very high quality and it looks realy awesome too.
There are a couple of things that Norrona could improve. E.g. the inner pockets are so tiny, that you can't even fit a small phone in there. At best it fits a small mp3 player. I also wished the jacket would have dual zippers.
Another part that is not working well for me is the snow skirt. I used the jacket with its compatible pants but when attaching the snow skirt to the pants the whole setup was uncomfortable (could be my body shape). At the end I removed the snow skirt even when skiing and rather used the draw cord. Last but not least, I wished the hand gaitors would be removable. I don't find them practical. You either need real gloves or you don't.

Overall its a very nice ski pants of very high quality. While it hasn't snowed much in the last season, the few times it did, the pants holded up extremly well.
There are however some things that I wish Norrona would change in the future. The detachable bib part is somewhat flimsy. Thefront zipper of the bib part actually doesn't hold well and eventually I decided not to use the attachment anymore. There is also an attachment to the compatible jacket but again this is not working well. the zipper that attaches to the jacket is actually to short.
I also thought I would use the pants more for backcountry skiing but eventually found it a bit too stiff for that and used it more for pure downhill skiing.
