Very nice helmet; well-made; a tad heavier than other helmets, but not extreme; the “Y” shape of the straps that sit underneath your earlobes are great. The straps sit flat; there is no bunching. All helmets should have this feature.

It looks aero. Does it saves watts? Who knows.

It would be nice if it had MIPS. Hopefully, future models will incorporate this safety feature.

Did I mention that my helmet is orange?

This is a great gravel tire. The 700Cx38mm is a good choice for many types of gravel, dirt and sandy tracks. It also feels fast on pavement.

They were quick to setup tubeless. I recommend flattening out the tires (pushing the tire beads toward the rim walls) before attempting to fill them with air. I did use a compressor, which made the job easier.

The wear has been quite good, having done two 100K and two 100-mile events on moderate-to-heavy gravel with acceptable wear. They corner well with the bigger lugs along the outside of the tire.

I am 175 pounds and I run these tires on Stan’s Avion Team tubeless wheels between 32-34F and 35-37R. I run the lower pressures on courses with more/gnarlier gravel and the higher pressures on courses with more pavement/less gnarlier gravel.

The Avions have an internal width of approximately 22mm. The tires went on the rim with relative ease. I did soap the beads before attempting to mount them.

These shoes are very nice and comfortable. I think they run pretty much true-to-size, not like the narrower fit for Shimano shoes in case you are concerned since Shimano owns Pearl Izumi.

The BOAs work great and the tongue has a small cutout to lessen the pressure against the top of the foot. The footbed is a step up from other OE footbeds, with two size arch supports. The heel cup is secure without being overly restrictive.

The one caveat for this shoe are the top loops that secure the BOA cables. They will fray over time as you tighten the cables. I have the Pearl Izumi MTB shoes with the same fastening system and the loops frayed on those shoes. One solution is to apply superglue (carefully) on the loops to strengthen the fabric.

Finally, the carbon soles — Wow! They emit a kaleidoscope of colors!

With its Windstoppwr front, sleeves and top of the shoulders, this is a great base layer for colder conditions. The thermo version is noticibly thicker than their Windstopper long sleeve base layer. Make sure you select the one you intend to order. I own both versions and I use both of them depending on the temperature. It does run small, so order accordingly.

Great shoe. The toe box flexes, which makes it easier to run over barriers and up hills in cylcocross races. They are quite comfortable.

I would not buy these shoes at the $350 retail price. That would be just too expensive for a pair of shoes that will get battered in cyclocross racing conditions. I was, however, able to catch them on sale at a more affordable sale price from CC. Then I bought a backup pair from CC at an unbelievable after-season sale price!

Nice socks, as my title already states. I normally take an XL in Defeet, Pearl Izumi and other socks, but for these I exchanged them for a large, which fit perfectly. I am a size 48 wide shoe. I didn't notice very much compression with these socks.

OK, I know. The title was an easy gimmie. These gloves are really nice. They protect your hands from the from the occasional (and not so occasional) crash. They are well-made and the price was right. A final note: you may want to order a size larger if you are between sizes, since the gloves tend to shrink a wee-bit after you wash them a few times.
