Andrew Mark's Bio

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, I grew up snowboarding, hiking, backpacking, climbing, kayaking and generally romping about the woods. After spending four years in the Pacific Northwest for school I came back to Utah, though I still love the PNW and visit often. I started as a Gearhead here at Backcountry, and am now a Senior Analyst in our Fraud department.

Get out, stay out, and spread the stoke.

These shirts are great for when you don't want to think too much about what you're going to wear and just throw something on. They're comfortable, simple, and fit true to size. Nothing flashy, what you see is what you get.

Great pair of stylish chinos. Perfect for everyday use, and great to wear out to the bars after work or on a date if you want a change from denim. I love that you can get them in a wider variety of sizes than most other pants.

If you're looking for a straightforward pair of wired headphones that will stay in your ears while working out, look no further. Nothing too fancy, but the sound quality is good and they do what I need them to.

I get pretty sweaty when working out, and so far these have stood up to the test after several months of usage. For the price, they're a great pickup.

I picked up a pair of these for gym use. Mostly strength training but also a fair amount of cardio. The fit is spot on and the arch support is great. Very comfortable and lightweight as well as stylish. I'd definitely buy these again.

Bought this as a gift for my old man for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. It's stylish, comfortable and great for colder days. With Woolrich, you know you're getting high quality product. He wears this thing all the time and has even asked for another one.

I will never snowboard without a ninja suit again. The system really can't be beat. No cold spots on your back from where your baselayer tops and bottoms don't meet. The hood is great for super cold days, and the wrist gaiters keep your sleeves from riding up and keep everything in place.

There is no rub from the waist zipper, and the fit is true to size. As others have said, it can be a little itchy right out of the box, but one or two washes will solve that.

Additionally, it's merino! So it's naturally antimicrobial to fend off the stank after a long day (or four) on the mountain, and it wicks moisture to keep you dry.

When I'm out doing work around my property in the Uintas and the breeze picks up or the temperature drops, this is my go-to sweatshirt. Solid Carhartt construction and warmth. A bit of a boxy fit, but that's not unexpected from Carhartt.

I picked these up in the Black/Red Sol-X color scheme and I absolutely love them. Simple, stylish and at a good price point. The lens quality is great. I've only been rocking them for a couple of weeks, but I'm stoked every time I put them on. Definitely recommend.

I just bought these (my first real pair of leather boots) and I absolutely love them. They're incredibly stylish and beautifully crafted, as you would expect from Frye. And you know they're going to last forever if you take proper care of them. The fit is a little bit on the large side, so if you're going between sizes, I would recommend sizing down. I've received a ton of compliments on these since I started wearing them and can't wait to keep putting them on all during Fall and Winter.

Just picked up a few shirts from RR, this one among them. I bought the Heather color and I love it. Comfortable material and a slimmer fit with great length in the torso, which is everything I love in a t-shirt. The design is cool and the quality is great.

I just recently got into Roark Revival and I'm super stoked that I did. All of their designs are cool and unique, with this shirt being no different. Fabric is very soft and very comfortable. Has a slimmer fit in the torso, but not overly so. Quickly turning into one of my favorite fall shirts.

I love RVCA shirts (I own a ton of them) and this one is no different. I like the baseball style, 3/4 sleeves. The design on the back is very cool and somewhat retro. Super soft fabric, very comfortable and a great slimmer/athletic fit in the torso.
