Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

It might not be the lightest compared to other options but for the price and the level of nylon it comes with, I love it. It suits me because I do different styles of camping such as bike camping (will get msr gear shed), car camping and backpacking. I have one camping bag for all activities and its very minimal, so I look for durability and function rather than lightweight, and this tent made the cut.

This is one piece that is always in my gear bag whether its backpacking, snowboarding or lounging. It believe it works best for snowboarding because it is slim fit but long cut so you can layer easily and get a good tuck in as well. Also the hood can be used as a face guard and I wear the hood underneath my helmet. I've been on more than 50 ski trips and a dozen camping trips, I've use this thing a handful and the only damage is the seeming on the hood.

These boots have a wide profile that let your toes breathe and move freely a little more than other. While some of the other options on the market can be lighter these are the heavier but very well balanced and simply are just tanks. For a lighter runner I wear Altra for reference because the toes are similar.
