Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: True to size
I have been a fan of the Sentinel pants for resort and backcountry use for 6+ years, mostly owing to the fit. the legs are a bit baggier than some other brands, which I appreciate; I have athletic (strong) legs and butt and these fit both without being too roomy. I'm 5'5", 122-132 lbs with glutes, quads and calves (in other words, I'm not a traditional skinny female), but the size small fits perfectly. It doesn't gap at the waist and I have freedom to move without being restricted in any way from my clothing. the regular length is long for me, but I can live with that since I prefer color over black (which comes in lengths). the fabric is soft/brushed on the inside which feels warmer than other 3L hardshells. I like the open 2-way vents that zip either towards the back or towards the foot. I also see them on so many different body shapes and always impressed with how flattering they look! Thanks Arc'teryx!!
