Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I purchased a pair of these +1 size than I normally wear so that I could wear a separate inner glove to provide additional warmth in _really_ cold places, and also so that when I take the mitt off my hands would not be exposed to dangerous cold air.
Unfortunately even with the +1 size it is very difficult to get the mitt on over the inner gloves that I purchased. Strangely enough the left mitt goes on easier than the right one. Particularly the right thumb just doesn't go in. Not sure if there is anything different about them internally.
If I were to do it over again I would probably purchase a different mitt that had a bulit-in (removable) liner that was known to work with the mitt.
Also I don't really like the elastic that they put into the wrist area. It makes them more difficult to put on. Seems like the external adjustable webbing strap would be sufficient to close up the gaps without the elastic.

I purchased these to use as an inner glove within insulated shell mits. I really wanted GORE windstopper for the times when I have to remove the outer mit so that my hand won't freeze. They seem to be nice gloves, but would recommend ordering +1 size from your regular fit, since they are fairly snug.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought this pack after watching it for over a year to replace my older hydration backpack. I don't really use the the water bladder- mostly just to carry additional clothing layers, like a rain jacket, food snacks, and extra water while I'm day hiking or sometimes around town. Technically this pack was designed for cyclists, but even so- it is a very capable day pack for other uses as well. It feels large while wearing and has that excellent quality that Osprey packs are all known for. Only wish they were Made in USA. Maybe someday ...

Fit: True to size

This jacket is amazing and I love everything about it. It is the best outer shell on the market. Everyone else copies the design of this shell but this is the original. Arc'teryx is a company that I will continue to buy from again, and I'm glad that they still manufacturer their products locally in Canada.
