Don't feel the burn.

Use the Primus Gripper Handle to pick up hot camp cookware without burning your digits. Aluminum construction disperses heat quickly, and the edge clamp fits most camping pot-and-pan sets.

Works great!

This gripper does what it's supposed to do...grab pots. It can hold alot of wait and I've never had a pot slip out. Once you grab it, it's staying unless you let go completely. I gave it 4 stars because it could be a tad bit smaller and weigh a little less. Wish it was made of titanium. For the price, this is a must have if you have a pot that doesn't have handles.

Testing with 10lbs. of weight.

Lifting a pot with water weighing together at over 10lbs. The pot gripper holds it well. Not its intended use, I believe, but it testifies of the quality of the pot gripper.

Used with an EtaPower 2.1L pot.

Works well with my EtaPower 2.1L pot. Very sturdy and holds the pot well. I've tested its sturdiness by lifting a pot with water weighing at just over 10 pounds. Held up very well. Pun intended. In short, you can use this with a variety of other pots that you own and will work perfectly for its intended uses and a little beyond that. Get yours here, will treat you well.

It's hard as a minimalist to buy something like this, but I melted my glove and burnt my hand for the last time. I wish they would at least offer this in titanium, it would be worth the $$. I may end up insulating the handles on my MSR Titan instead.

Better then a leatherman

After using a Leaterman to carry a pot of boiling water, anything would be better. This handle is light, strong and works great. I'm using it on a 30 year old camp set with no problems. Can't beat the price either.
