    I wore them all summer

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: 6
    • Height: 5'5"
    • Weight: 150lbs

I love these shorts. The 7" seam is the perfect length. They are comfortable and have a tiny bit of stretch. Another pair of Prana pants I have are so stretchy they fall off after an hour or two of wear and these do not. They dry so fast sometimes if I poorly plan I just put them on when I take them out of the wash and they are dry in less than 20 min. They are true to size for Prana. I'm 5'5" and 150 and wear a 6 in Prana which is kind of a small size for me (usually 8 in other companies).

    Great with a harness

    • Size Bought: 2x7
    • Height: 5'7"
    • Weight: 120lbs

Got these for my gf - These shorts are great for outdoor activities....especially when you need a harness. They're long enough that they don't get caught above the leg loop which is great! They're probably a little longer than I would wear otherwise though but that's just personal preference. They're typical Prana sizing... like the other styles with the same material. I wear different sizes in Prana depending on what material it is. These tend to run bigger for me than their jeans.

    • Fit: Runs large
    • Size Bought: XS
    • Height: 5'2"

I am obsessed with these shorts! They remind me a lot of the Halle pant, but have a thinner material that is also lighter. The freedom of movement is excellent and the inseam is long enough to wear with a harness as well.

You can wear these for casual or active use! I want another pair just for casual use, since I got bike grease on these and it will not come out.

The ONE caveat I have with these is the same issue I have with the Halle pants -- the internal drawstring. It works for keeping the waist where it should be, but it creates an awkward gap at the button, and you can't adjust the waist that well to hide it. Otherwise I love these! Thank you Prana for making amazing clothes to climb in.

Sizing: These do run a little large, but I don't mind it so much since I like the extra room for climbing. I can also tuck my tops in to give it a tighter look. Check out my bouldering photo below to see them in action!

    Great shorts

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

Love these shorts! They feel fairly substantial but are also super stretchy -- I've even worn them over bike shorts to go mountain biking. The back pocket holds a phone well enough, but the front ones are fairly shallow so they are not terribly useful.
