Great dress but needs altering

It's a very pretty dress but it's very weirdly done in the armpits area - there's a chunk of extra material that sticks out. I'm size M and 34DD and the fabric sticks out even with big boobs. I love everything else about this dress and I got it on sale, so keeping and altering. Even tucking fabric every time helps haha. Other that than - the inbuilt bra provides great support, I'm happy to avoid extra layers.
