    Get trigger happy.

The Pow Gloves Tanto 2 Trigger Mitten is a step up for snowboarders in the same way that the index finger was a success for the evolution of humanity. A Hipora insert gives this mitten waterproof protection to help keep your hands dry in all-day powder fests. PrimaLoft Gold is the benchmark of all performance-driven synthetic insulations, with superior softness in an eco-friendly design.

A separated index finger gives the Tanto 2 Trigger more dexterity that standard mittens, so you can adjust your goggles, zip jackets, and shoot a crossbow if the occasion presents itself. Pow Gloves also equipped this mitten with a smooth microfleece lining, a grippy goatleather palm, and a buff thumb for goggles. Teflon and leather keep the Tanto 2 super strong for many seasons.

    Sweet Trigger Finger Glove

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

If you have never had a trigger finger glove and are a bit skeptical have no fear. I was too. The ability to have your index finger free is very valuable and a nice feature to have. I am a mitten fan for sure but having the rest of my fingers together and the index free is very nice and not awkward as you might think. The leather glove will also last you a while when properly treated with the Nikwax, don;t sleep on treating your gloves with Nikwax, it will easily extend the life of your glove for many years.

    Gave as Gift

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Gave this as a gift, but he said he loves them so far, used them on colder days and kept his hands warm, also used them this past two weeks when temps were a little warmer and he said his hands were overheating cause the glove works so well. Solid glove, may have to pick some up for myself..

    great for bike commute, too!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I love these gloves. I live in New England, and I've worn these to bike to work in 10F. I prefer the trigger finger split to lobster claw, but that may be the way my commuter is set up. If it is over 34F, I wear a different pair of gloves because these make me TOO warm.

    Warm Gloves

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The only thing I wish these gloves had was a leash so I could take them on and off on the lift if I needed. Other than that, super warm, enjoy having one digit free to point at things. Last used them in Montana in temps below 15 and my hands were nice and toasty. Just make sure you use the provided Nikka wax to take care of the leather.

    My First Trigger Mittens

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I bought these recently and have used them quite a bit since then. They're great gloves, super waterproof and warm. I've always worn mittens and after using these I'm just not a big fan of having one finger separated from the rest. They seem really high quality and if I ever get used to the trigger mitten style maybe I'll buy another pair.

    Warm and Comfy

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have never been a mitt guy. I genuinely disliked them. Then I tried the tanto trigger mitt and I love them. They are super warm, dry and comfy. I wear a large. I generally wear a large and the occasional medium in gloves. I dig the trigger finger. They add just enough dexterity to make them not annoying like mitts and much warmer than the comparable glove. I use them on and off resort. Mine were very durable until I lost one. So I bought another pair!!
