Its eye-popping color isn't what makes the Classico Stand-Up Paddleboard the most popular SUP from Pop Paddleboards. Instead, it's the high-level of versatility that comes with a board designed to complement almost any activity, from catching rolling swell off a Tahitian reef to prowling the expansive bays of Lake Powell in search of the perfect cliff jump.
With a single-to-double concave and squash tail, the Classico offers a strong combination of speed, stability, and a performance that beginners and experienced riders will appreciate. Pop's Handmade, Nature Tech vacuum packed construction combines ultralight foam with super-strong fiberglass, veneered in bamboo and finished in a clear coat for long-lasting durability. And because the folks at Pop Paddleboards don't know where their decks end up, they gave the Classico a vent plug that acts as an air bleeder to resist pressurized delamming in hot, humid, or cold conditions.

All the Fun!
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
This is a beautiful board. It's much more handsome in person. It's easy to carry around, because it's light. It's very stable, which is great for beginners and for doing yoga.
The max weigh is 225. I would trust that. We tested it and tried to go over the limit, but it will sink.
I think it turns 180 degrees easily, but it will take beginners a minute to learn the right strokes and weight transfers. But, once you know how it turns well, for such a big board.
We have only used this on lakes, so I can't speak to it's surfing capabilities.
