excellent large goggles

- I've put it through the wringer
I was given this product from Backcountry, but this review is my personal opinion. I have skied for 20+ years and am very particular when it comes to my gear. The poc orb clarity goggles have an enormous field of view and fit well with the poc fornix spin helmet(also reviewed). The goggles did not fit well with my sweet protection trooper II MIPS as there seems to be less space for larger goggles. These are easily the largest goggles I’ve worn and are my new favorite for resort skiing on bright or variable light days. A picture will be included with this review for a better idea of the size on a medium/large noggin with the fornix spin hemet. I have only used the goggles in bright conditions and slightly overcast conditions, the clarity was excellent in both of these settings(VLT of 22%). I have not noticed any issues with durability however I’m gentle with all of my goggles/lenses. No visible scratches after 6 days or so, no fogging even while wearing my balaclava. The quality is excellent and seems on par with other poc products as well as the julbo lenses I use while backcountry skiing. I would imagine these goggles would not fit a small face well given the size but for medium/large faces these are fantastic lenses
