    As fast as they come.

You can crush the ol’ tour de brewery in jorts on a cruiser, but when you’re pedaling in anger in an actual race, finishing in front becomes more important than simply finishing upright, the speed benefits of the POC Contour Aerofoil Men’s Bib Short become impossible to ignore. The Contour Aerofoil is pretty similar to the standard Contour, but the fit’s just a little more aero (read: painted on) and there’s subtle texture on the thighs and lower back that’s engineered to improve airflow and reduce friction, just like the dimples on a golf ball. The wide, flat leg bands also keep the Aerofoil glued seamlessly to your thighs without air-catching gaps or folds like you’ll get with traditional bibs.

The sausage-casing fit of the Aerofoil provides compressive support to keep your muscles fresh and firing on long and fast rides, but those benefits pale compared to the support and cushioning provided by the Contour chamois. It’s comfy, sure, but POC also incorporates silicone-based VPDS inserts that encourage a more aggressive riding position in addition to smoothing out bumps and vibrations.

    Best Bib shorts ever

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: XXL
    • Height: 6'0"
    • Weight: 215lbs

So I have a body builder like body , very thick squat legs, I ordered the XXL and couldn't be happier. My main issue has always been finding comfortable enough shorts because of my relatively heavy weight and after having bought the top of the line LGs and Assos I can say I prefer these much better. The chamois is the best, that silicone insert technology really works, again I'm comparing it to the top of the line from the other brands. The material is really slick and the fit again for me works great. The reflective back adds great visibility. Do me a favor and not buy the XXL so I can keep getting good deals on these!

    I can't say enough

    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Large
    • Height: 5'11"
    • Weight: 185lbs

Compared to all other bibs I have purchased in the past these are hands down my favorite bibs to date and that is 20+ years worth of bibs wearing. They fit true to size and are amazingly comfortable. I can't recommend these enough.

    Good product - great price

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: Large
    • Height: 6'0"
    • Weight: 160lbs

I bought these on sale to replace some aging bibs. I got the large because the previous review indicated they run small - they do. I've only worn them a couple of times on a trainer, but they fit well and are comfortable in the saddle area. I like the material and the constructions seems solid. I look forward to putting some road miles on these!

No Assos- but they're pretty darn nice

    • Fit: Runs small

I like these. My go-to are Assos, and I really like the Giordana FormaReds, but I still am happy to have these in my rotation- and would recommend considering them. The Lycra is pretty compressive- and the pad is fairly thick- yet not diaperesque. These pair well with the AVIP jersey. These run Euro- I wear a large in Assos, Giordana, and these- Medium in brands like Pearl, Louis Garneau, Hincapie etc.
