Awesome Nomic picks

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I use these for...well, purely ice climbing. For that purpose, they?re fantastic! The tapered pick bites into the ice wonderfully and they clean relatively well. There?s a substantial amount of material to file back before the first tooth, giving them a reasonable lifespan. I went through one set of picks this past winter on about 100 pitches, and I keep my picks sharp. I did a few mixed sections with them, and they survived just as well as the regular Ice picks. No signs of bending and survived numerous swings through thin ice into rock. Long story short, these are an excellent choice for Nomic/Quark climbers on ice routes.
