Pur'Anneau Sling

Petzl's Pur'Anneau Sling forgoes the usual construction of climbing slings with an innovative polyethylene for a lighter weight, stronger durability, and suppler feel. Its stitching is pure nylon, and Petzl color-coded each length for easy identification when you're saving the longest sling for the anchor and want to extend your placements with a shorter sling.

Best Slings

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Light, durable, and the knots are easy to untie. I use a 120 to extend my rappel all the time, and that overhand knot comes right out.

Really nice slings

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Very supple, knots and unknots a bit easier than other materials. The slippery fabric makes it easy to pull in a directional anchor or when racking as alpine draws. These features make them nice for the double and triple sizes. I don't think the price is warranted for the singles.
