Simple safety.
The Petzl Djinn Axess Quickdraw eases beginning climbers into lead climbing with its simple, durable, and reliable structure. While the upper Djinn carabiner has a straight gate to facilitate clipping bolts, the lower Djinn carbiner has a bent gate in order to help you efficiently clip your rope so you can quickly climb on. Both carabiners have a wide contact surface for better rope glide and reduced wear, and the keylock system prevents snagging for easy cleaning. The Axess dogbone has polyester webbing that remains stiff in order to help you clip, and the String insert on the end prevents the sling from moving around when you clip it. The shorter draws (12cm) provide stable use on straightforward routes, and the longer ones (17cm) work well for reducing rope drag when you start heading up routes that meander.

New to sport climbing but I enjoyed them
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I used these down in the swell, they are strong for how lightweight they are and clip without snagging. The dog bone is stiff and longer which I enjoy

Only a few uses, but happy so far.
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I like the solid gates and deep baskets on these carabiners as it makes it easy to clip, and the key lock nose makes cleaning easy too. Dogbones aren't the easiest to pull on when you're projecting, but for the price(bought on sale), thats a welcome tradeoff for what I consider to be a great quickdraw.

Decent draw
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I have a bunch of the Spirit draws and they’re great. The djinn axess is just a little bulkier but still has the same nose as the spirit. No snagged ropes or blown clips and they fit the way I clip a rope perfectly. These have a little more length to them but they’re easier to manage than an alpine draw for me on wandering routes. What’s rope drag anyway?

Great for me as a new sport climber!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I don't have extensive experience yet, but what I can say about these: Pros: Thick, solid feeling dogbone. Rope side biner held solidly in place, and very positive click/easy to clip in. Cons: 6 on your harness weighs almost 2lbs. That doesn't really bother me, and for the price these were offered at, I can accept it!

It’s a QuickDraw
- Familiarity:
- I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
I got this for a friend for a secret Santa because he works at black diamond (super funny, right?). He has added it to his collection of freewire draws. This one is a little more bulky, but still gets the job done on any sport lead.

No Thrills.
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
These get the job done but the draws are so fat that I am failing to clip and they overall handle a lot worse than spirits. They do work well and will always hold, save yourself money over the long run and get draws you love! aka the spirits.

Lightweight and Durable
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
A nice lightweight, yet seemingly durable draw from Petzl. I haven't put them through the wringer yet but I am confident they'll hold up to years of whippin.

First quickdraw
The gate is nice because it doesn't snag on anything. My first quick draw that i'm using to get familiar with clipping and unclipping whenever I have a chance.

Solid Protection.

I bought these to use as my anchor for sport routes. Surprisingly lightweight but I feel very confident knowing they will protect me.

I think these draws hit the best price point for weight, style, and ease of clipping. Very happy with them.

Quality draws
I think that Petzl's Djiin draws are all time, and most reviewers seem to testify similarly. Mine clip smoothly, feel light, and have held up well. If you're concerned by weight, it is probably worth checking out the Spirit - the Djiin weighs 3.7 oz's per 12 cm draw, while the Spirit weighs only 3.3 oz's per 12cm draw.

Awesome Sport Draws
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Bought a set of these for my first rack of sport draws. Been using them a year now. Awesome for those of us just getting started. The biners have nice gate action with wide openings so they're easy to handle, the bones are stiff and burly (I'm guilty of hanging on them when working a project), and the noses on the biners are notch-less so they don't get hung up when cleaning. Only con is that they're much heavier than draws geared towards trad, so I wouldn't use them for that. Otherwise, don't hesitate. I like these more than the BD ones in the same price range (positron).

Echo the other reviews
These are light, east to clip and will hold up over time. You really can't go wrong here. A++

Easy to Clip
These draws are lightweight compared to other draws I've used, which has been very nice for me on approaches - especially since I'm a small person. They clip very easily, which I attribute to the shape and texture of the gate. I hate struggling to clip so these draws have become my new favorite.

Great Clipping !!
Ive used this carabiner in a few different climbs now. It has great tension in the gate so it will stay where you want. The rubber insert is also a great feature on the clipping side of the draw. It allows the carabiner so stay put and not move when you are reaching for those far bolts to clip. All in all a great draw and everyone that ive talked to has fell in love with it as well. Highly Recommend

Simply the best
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Although I have somewhat limited climbing gear experience (I've only used two brands of quickdraws) the Petzl Djinn Axess Quickdraw is awesome. They are lightweight (not as light as Petzl Spirit), durable, and super easy to clip. The bent gate makes it easier to clip your rope and the bright yellow color makes it easy to identify which end to use. I’d recommend these to any sport climber, regardless of experience or talent level. Also I’d like to add that Backcountry.com and their price matching are the reason I keep coming back! Excellent company, excellent customer service, and most importantly: excellent quickdraws!

Best quickdraw that I used
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
For a long I'm using the Petzl Spirit. This year I decided to change after a friend told me about the Djinn. I'm very happy with the product. Very light and I can't see how these are worse than the spirit. I would totally buy than again.

quickest draws in the west
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
These are quickly becoming a favorite of mine because of the larger gate. At first I thought it might be too bulky and maybe even get in the way some but they are super lightweight and I dont notice them getting in my way on my rack, but they are super quick and easy to place especially when you are just past your crux and can hardly move your arms. Add a few to your rack and find out for yourself!

This question applies to these and the spirits. Does the 5 dollars in credits apply to each individual draw or is it for only one draw

It's a $5 credit per quickdraw. Should you get a full set, you'll be getting a $5 credit for each.

Side note, this also doubles as my dog's seat belt. It's a little sturdier than the seat belt that came with his harness.
