Pretty & pretty good, but not that good

Familiarity:

The colors and weave pattern on this glove are nice; the touchscreen function, however, is not so nice (and that's why I bought them). In order to use a device, you have to press very hard, and lean into the right thread that registers movement onscreen; sometimes I just give up and take off the glove. The glove is wool, but not a very soft wool, and the thread comes apart very easily, especially if you wear a ring with a stone on it. My hands are warm, however, in cold (not below-freezing) temperatures. I wouldn't buy these again.

I bought the turquoise and black as gifts, they feel well made and have the lovely Pendleton woven look and finish. I know they will be a hit with anyone who was to receive them.

These gloves are super cute. I bought the black ones and I plan on buying the matching fleece headband. Can’t comment on the durability yet.

Immediately started falling apart! JUNK!

Got these for my wife, and only wore them just a few times before they started falling apart. Like everyone else in the reviews, she thought they looked cute. I surprised her with them for V-day. So then I asked her what she thought after a few days. She really didn't want to complain, but just pointed out that there were threads ALL OVER the gloves coming up and out. I was upset, because these junk gloves ruined my nice surprise. I mean, we aren't talking hiking Everest or doing manual labor while wearing these. She was putting them on before driving 20 min to work... I don't know what to do, but this needs a fix. I'm going to reach out to backcountry, and will update this review if there is a happy ending.

I got these for my wife and she loves them, fit is perfect, they're really warm and really well made (the texting capatability is a great feature too). They're really good at taking the chill off the steering wheel on those cold mornings.

To be honest, I wanted to catch you attention with the title -- But really, this item does fit like a glove! It's perfect, there isn't any empty space when I put on the glove. Has a great design and the wool does keep my hands extremely warm. It's been about 30 degrees in the morning and I can still feel my hands as if I had a nice cozy fire... except less hot and on my hands.

I absolutely love these gloves. I take my dog on morning and evening walks every day, and as the days get cooler, these are the perfect addition to our routine. They keep my hands warm while also allowing me to check my morning emails. And to top it all off, they are super comfortable and cute. All around a great buy!

Being from Oregon, we're pretty familiar with Pendleton and its known quality. I gave these as a gift for Christmas and the recipient loved them. Great quality knit and the print is really cute. The thumb and pointer finger even allows you to use your phone, pretty cool!
