I commute cycle in this every day in TX. I love that the bra is built in. I?m not very busty and a M was great. (155 lbs). I love how soft the straps are too. No cutting into my shoulders, no jersey tan lines, and terrific pockets to hold gel or phone. I own three in different colors. Machine wash and line dry.
