good bibs
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- Small
- Height:
- 5' 10"
- Weight:
- 155
They've been great for the price ($60). Considering getting a 2nd pair to rotate with. I'm new to using bibs and these didn't disappoint. Pair with a road type jersey to make up for no pockets.

Poor Chamois Shape
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Weight:
- null
As someone else mentioned, Pearl Izumi's shorts/bibs definitely aren't up to the same quality that they were even a few years ago. The bigger issue I have though is with the shape of the chamois. While the back portion is comfortable enough for the price point, the front is overly wide and causes the chamois to bunch to both sides of the saddle as you pedal. I'm not sure when the shape changed, but as reference, when compared to an old pair of Attack bibs I still had laying around, the front of the chamois is approximately 1.5 inches wider.

Not good
- Familiarity:

Not nearly the same quality as prior Pearl Izumi attack series bibs. Very low quality chamois/ pad. Shoulder straps are not good. This really seems more like a $30 pair of Chinese knock-offs. I guess this is PI's way of getting you to buy more expensive bibs. I will stick with Louis Garneau, Giordana, and Voler from now on. For what it's worth, I've probably had a dozen pearl izumi bibs in past twenty years. This model is just not worth getting, at any price.

Not worth it
- Familiarity:

These shorts have sub par padding for what you are paying. The overall material is cheap and thin. The shoulder straps are super thin and cheap feeling. I would avoid this product (and I got it for $75 versus the MSRP of $100).

Good Fit / Poor Stitching
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Weight:
- null
This is my third pair of PI bib shorts. I had a get a new pair because I put on a little extra weight. The fit moving from a M to L is good and has increased comfortability on the bike. I am disappointed in the lack of stitching along the edges of the shoulder straps. Like others I have experienced them to roll up requiring frequent adjustment and have become "wavy" from the stress after only 3 rides. The stitch along the inseam caused some itching but has mostly subsided after a couple washes.

Nice bib short
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times

My first set of bib shorts. I am a pretty big guy so I thought these might feel confining but they fit great. Not to tight, yet snug enough to give that compression. The leg length is good and not too short with nice grip around the edge. The straps do have a tendency to roll but it doesn't get uncomfortable. A good value for the money.

No fancy over-the-top pad with weird contours. Works very well for my bum.

These have been great for me. I plan on buying another one to replace older shorts. Fit seems true to size (tight but not too tight).
