Woolyester Fleece Jacket

Not good quality

Bought for wife 2 months ago. Fabric is already wearing out poorly. Its been worn maybe 7 times, and it looks like the jacket is 4 years old. Very disappointing, especially for the cost...

I'm glad I didn't listen to the other two reviews. While I love this zip up, it definitely isn't a jacket you'd wear on a cold day as your only layer of warmth. I do find it fits nicely in a series of layers. I wore it over a long sleeve and a sweatshirt on a hike and it kept me warm. It has the look of a bomber jacket which is a nice change from the plain vanilla zip-ups. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Pilled after two wears; sheds; not warm.

I purchased this in August but haven't been able to wear it until now due to unseasonably warm California Fall weather. I've only worn it twice as a jacket on my commute and the underside of the arms is already pilling! I haven't even washed it yet. Woolyester is not as warm as the name suggests. If you wear a t-shirt underneath, you'll feel the cold wind go through the open weave of the fabric, so I'd stick to wearing long sleeves underneath. Also, the heather oatmeal color sheds and you'll notice fuzz on black tops and pants. I suspect that the Woolyester fabric will get more threadbare with continued wear as the fuzz transfers onto dark colored clothes and soon this piece will be be too shabby to worn outside of the house. Wish I could return but I'm already outside the 30-day window. Won't be purchasing Patagucci in the future as the quality doesn't live up to the price.

Had to return the jacket - the fabric made me itch.

Hey Sue! There are washing instructions on all Patagonia products on the inside of the garment on a white tag! But for items that are a wool, nylon, polyester blend, machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low temperature, or hang dry!
