Ultralight Wading Boot

If you prefer to work an entire stretch of river instead of casting different flies to the same fish in the same over-fished hole all day, then lace up the Patagonia Men's Ultralight Felt-Soled Wading Boot. The synthetic leather and Venergy mesh uppers are lightweight and fast draining, which allows your feet to feel light and nimble when you move upstream or head to the other side of the river in search of your new honey hole. Plus, the polyester felt soles provide stable and secure traction in the most treacherous of boulder gardens, and they are designed to accept fin straps and can be easily resoled for season after season of use.

Best boots I've owned

I've put it through the wringer

comfort. lightweight, durable and great traction on small river rock. The only thing I would recommend to Patagonia is too upgrade the finger loop on the back of the boot, mine are size 13M and I can barely get my pinky in the loop on the back of the boot to pull them on. Check out Simms, I can get three fingers in the loop, however the heel cleat is smaller and not as easy to push off. For me this is important in cold weather when the digits aren't so nimble. Hal

Awesome ! Love these ! Walked up a slick steep log that's submerged for a good cast point right after a buddy slipped off of it and I didn't slip at all . Also breeze thru slick mossy rocks ! These are comfortable and can't wait to fish all day and put some miles in these

Awesome boot!

Love this boot for multiple reasons. First reason being it if very comfortable with great cushion for the longer days on the river. Also the felt helps a ton with traction in the river, not the best however for getting to the river on a muddy day. I also have the Sticky version for certain rivers but in Utah these are my go to boots. Had them for a little over a year and they are holding up so far! I wear an 11, bought an 11 and they fit great. Prefer the lace over any new boa or draw sting system.

Great for slimy rocks.

first pair of wading shoes I've owned and seem great. Only thing I have a problem with is the soles are hard and they take awhile to dry.
