    Warm, Functional, Stylish

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I'm a big fan of a brimmed hat, so when I came across this one on Backcountry.com, I couldn't say no. The fleece lining on the inside keeps your head warm, and the brim keeps the sun off your face. Added bonus that the brim and ear covers flip up, and stay in place, adding some extra airflow if you're getting warm.

This hat is my new go-to for winter running, training outdoors, and even skiing.

It has a relatively low profile and has an adjustable strap in the back, which makes this hat work really well under my Camp ski-mo helmet, and underneath my Smith Maze when hitting the resort on cold days.

The nylon dries fast, and polyester fleece stays warm, even when you're sweating.

Really looking forward to utilizing this super functional cap on longer ski-mo missions this spring!

    Awesome hat

Patagonia always makes stellar products and this is no different. I love that the ear flaps roll up and take some heat off the head when indoors. The hat is very soft and keeps my head warm. I can even wear a snowboarding helmet over it because of its slim profile. I get some comments occasionally for being a cool hat. I bought the blue hat locally and found it in black on Backcountry and bought that too. Doubled down! Love it! Surprisingly the Small size fits me and I wear a 7 and 1/2 baseball cap. I also have a thin long head so that may play a factor into sizing.
