Is the material more like soft-shell or just nylon? The description mentions stretch which makes them sounds soft-shellish

Best Answer

Hey Chris - These Quandary Pants have a bit of spandex in them to make them stretchy, but they are primarily nylon and I would not consider them a softshell. Feel free to contact me directly with any additional questions.

Does backcountry carry these in odd sizes? Looking for a 35-32 thanks -Steve

I'm looking for a durable pair of pants that dry (relatively) quickly. Any word on how fast these dry? I'll be fishing, hiking through rivers, and rafting - getting wet is a given. But I like to wake up to dry pants.
