Two looks, one cozy puffy.

The Patagonia Puff-Ball Toddler Girls' Reversible Jacket uses Thermogreen insulation to keep your gal warm whether you're heading out to the hill to go sledding or making snowmen and snowballs in the backyard. The Puff-Ball's reversible shell gives her a choice of a print on one side or a simple solid on the other. The zipper garage protects her neck and chin, and spandex binding at the hem, cuffs, and hood help keep cold air out.

Could this jacket BE any more adorable?

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit: True to size
  • Height: 5'4"
  • Weight: 128lbs

The answer... Yes, yes it can be - because it's 2 jackets in 1! I purchased this adorable jacket for my 3 (going on 10) year old niece and the 4T fit perfectly, leaving her some room for growth. The print is perfect for the girl who loves Elsa and the solid color is a very pretty combo of pink & purple. The sleeves hit right above the wrist and the spandex cuff pulls the jacket in, not allowing wind to blow up the sleeves. The jacket also has the right amount of "puff" and was being used as a pillow while watching the latest episode of Doc McStuffin.

Overall nice kids coat

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Overall this is a nice, well constructed kids coat. My daughter loves that is reversible. The fit seems true to size. Wish it had a little more insulation, other than that it is a great coat.

Not as puffy as I thought it would be

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: True to size

I love Patagonia and I bought their Honey Puff toddler coat last year which was also reversible but much puffier and seemingly warmer then this jacket. I'm sure it is as warm I just needed more puffy so I returned and went with the down sweater.

Great Little Jacket

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

I've got two little ones and I was thrilled with this jacket. I love the colour and the print, and I was pleased that it was a great fit. Patagonia is always a great brand and I wasn't disappointed with this one...

Great Jacket!

Bought this for my 21 month old daughter. I ordered a size 2T. I've noticed that Patagonia's outwear tends to run large for children. While this does, not as large as buntings that I've bought in the past. She can easily wear it with the sleeves rolled up. She wears a 2T comfortably in Carter's. Overall it's a great jacket. It's light weight, but warm. The hood is perfect for cold days.

    Cuddle Comfort

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
    • Fit: Runs large

Cute meets cozy meets quality. Either way you wear this reversible jacket, it's perfect and oh-so cute. Light, but quality insulation (this is not your down-puffy to wear alone in single-digit weather), but still versatile enough to wear for fall/spring and layer up with a sweater under, a shell over, when it get really nasty outside. I like this because it's not so thick and stiff like some kids clothing so it gets worn often and is very washable. The petite color bands at the end of sleeves and hemline allowed me to purchase it slightly big & still keep the sleeves out of the way (she's a med/tall 3 yr old and still wears some 3T and is just starting to wear 4T; I bought 4T) to allow for some growth. I expect this jacket to be a key piece for a long time.

    Perfect Girly Jacket

My 4 year old loves this jacket she wears the raindeer side more then the pink one but is perfect for running around outside. When it gets really cold I put the TNF oso jacket under it and she is toasty warm. I always size up with Patagonia kids clothes as they run in the middle of the sizes.

      Great jacket!

My 2 year old absolutely loves this jacket! It is not bulky and it is toasty but not too hot! Of note it doesn't run as big as the Patagonia snow suits. I sort of wish I had gotten a 3T vs a 2T but it should fit into next winter! Great buy!

If you add in a vest and baselayer, do you think this would be warm enough for 20F?
