Everything about this jacket is perfect. It fits in all the right places, it's very soft and keeps my body temperature perfect while hiking in the spring and fall Canadian Rockies.

I have both a Better Sweater jacket and quarter-zip pullover. I bought this Performance Hoodie mostly for the hood, but soon realized that the fit makes this a much better layering piece for active outdoors. The snug fit and the torso and underarm panels make this one of my favorite ski touring pieces. I expect this will get a lot of use this summer as well.

I bought this for a gift and it's been the best--looks sharp, not boxy but roomy enough for light layers, sleeve length generous enough, hood is handy for the cold wind whips, great to have along for that spontaneous evening hike or out on the town for a warm, comfortable casual piece. Highly recommend.

I got this jacket for my cousin and it quickly became his favorite hoodie. The material is extremely comfortable, and the stretchy material on the sides makes it a great active wear sweater. Wheather you are lounging around the house, sending it at the climbing or grag, or even looking to lower under your nano-puff, this is my go to.

Love this jacket. The material looks a bit like wool but it's made of polyester fleece. Great to wear with jeans or as a layering piece under your hardshell.

I bought this because I have a Better Sweater 1/4 zip and love the material, feel, durability and color. The fit of this hoody is straight up crazy. The arms are almost too tight to fit my bare arms into, and I am not huge at all, just average. But the material does not stretch much. And the thing is way too long. I am 6'2" 195 lbs. and a Large is past my hips. Weird how some Patagonia clothes fit great and others fit poorly. Somehow they managed to make this both "Runs small" in the arms and "Runs large" in the length. I returned it.
Agree Bizarre Fit Small in the arms Tight in shoulders . Stretch panels in the body provide a slim fit . Order full size up to get a normal Patagonia better sweater fit.
