I bought one of these vests on November 21st 2017, and used it on a Christmas trip I just returned from. I only wore the vest on the plane and in Heathrow Airport, and was shocked to see the amount of pilling on both the left and right sides, from where the straps of my small day pack were in contact with the vest. I emailed Patagonia customer service one week ago and still have not received a response. As a loyal Patagonia customer for 18 years, I have used almost their entire product range, and have had very few issues except for the handles on a couple of the suitcases sticking and requiring replacement. Therefore, I was shocked to see all that pilling on the Nano Air Vest.I have over a dozen insulated or fleece Patagonia jackets and vests, and none have had this issue.
