Cute, not warm

Cute jacket, XS fit was perfect (5?4? 115#, 34-27-34). But I needed something warmer, so I returned the jacket. I tried this on an early November dog walk in Connecticut (58 degrees, dry weather, dusk, 40 min @ about 3+ mph). I wore a turtleneck, soft shell jacket, this macro puff, a North Face shell, and a scarf. I was still chilly. Just FYI I?m most comfortable when it?s 75 - 80 outside.
