I got these to fill a few niches - comfy pants for around the house, good for dog walks and runs to the grocery, while also being durable for a hike or wearing underneath waders. These definitely fit the bill. And they're unbelievably comfortable. They do have a a different fit than I expected. The roll over top is great, but to make them fit the way that feels right, the fold over covers the opening to the two front pockets. Not really a big deal since I don't see them being useful outside of an aesthetic for the pants. If you only rolled them down as much as seen in the picture, the crotch would be like weirdly low. I need to pull them up so I don't feel like the crotch is in a weird spot that restricts movement. I'm 5'1" and 110lb. and got the xs, which are very comfortable. If they made an xxs, those would likely be fine too, and slimmer in the leg. I'm not sure how these (the xs at least) would fit a girl much taller than 5'3"-5'4"... For a short person I've got a pretty standard inseam at 30", and I feel like they're just the right length so that I can wear them all the way down or fold the bottom cuff once and have both ways look good. I definitely recommend the carbon color as well - its a nice change from black or grey, but is still surprisingly neutral enough to match anything. Plus, they can make the leap to a more polished outfit in that color. OH! and one more thing - if you live in a menagerie like I do, you'll be delighted to know that these DO NOT attract or even pick up fur. SCORE.

    Surprisingly versatile and amazingly com

I really can't speak higher about these. They are PERFECT for camping. You can put them over shorts when it gets cold so they're a great backpacking addition. Plus they're loose and great for hiking in. I have also used these while traveling abroad in Morocco. They were PERFECT for this as well because I have to cover up my legs but it was scorching hot out. I also wore these on a camel ride and sandboarding in the Sahara Desert. I don't think I could have had a better pant for either of these activities either as the fabric reduces chafing while also allowing movement. I also love these pants for simply walking around town and running errands, they're a more put together but just as comfy version of sweatpants. The Capilene is them is also game-changing.

    Good Pants

Nice pants for the right physique. I have a pretty athletic lower half and I found these a bit restrictive on the bum and the calves. I have the happy hike studio pants and am OBSESSED; these are basically a lined version of those but fit me a bit different. If you aren't super tall and have slimmer legs, I think these would work out perfectly, just not great for me.

    Must Buy!

I own the Patagonia Happy Hike Studio Pants and Ahnya Pants -- this one is the perfect complement to add to the wardrobe. They're narrower in the leg so have a cleaner drape but still give you the comfort and flexibility you want. A must buy.

These pants are amazingly comfortable and versatile. Ive worn them out on the town, feeding livestock, and to yoga classes. I really my never take them off.

    Decent pants

I had high hopes for these pants but if you are tall these might not be for you. I'm 5'10'' and these pants hit at an awkward length for me. They were also snug from the waist all the way down till they had a small flare at the bottom which I didn't like. These could be great pants for someone shorter or tall girls that don't mind the crop look but these were not for me.
