Adorable

Bought this on sale for my 20 month old to wear next season. He is 25 lbs, about 32/33 inches. The 2t still looks very long for him, and I’m confident he’ll get one if not two years out of the 2t.

Keep you're little ones stylin and warm with the Hi-Loft down puffer. The DWR finish offers a little water resistance for light rain/snow. The jacket looks really clean and even has hand pockets; something that most kids clothing doesnt have!

Keep you wark

This jacket does keep you warm and is very soft to the touch.

New Material = Stain magnet

True to size

Our kids have worn previous versions of this Patagonia jacket, but this season's has been a disappointing waste of money. The new material is a magnet for stains and discolorations. Previous versions had a duller color without the sheen of this year's, which appears to be the problem.

I bought this jacket last year in a 2T for my 1 year old son and it thankfully still fits him well. It keeps him very warm and dry and was worth the investment and will hopefully be used for the next kid(s)!

My son outgrew his 4T from last winter, and I just ordered the 5T. I absolutely love this coat! He used it throughout the cold winter and skied in it. He stayed warm and dry! It's not bulky at all, yet keeps the little ones so warm!

Colorado has already had a big storm here and it works great! Fits perfectly for a 4 year old and keeps him warm! Hoping this will last him through the winter. Expensive but totally worth it!

We live in Northern Michigan in a very windy area and this coat keeps our little guy so warm he asks to take it off sometimes. I bought it one size bigger so he could really get all the use out of it. Everyone we know recommends this coat and Patagonia will repair it through each season. It seems like the perfect answer for the cold climate family.

We have bought this same jacket each season for our little guy, and we never regret it. We can go snowshoeing, hiking etc. all winter long and know that he is snug and warm, no matter how cold it gets outside. Don't be afraid of the price, it's worth every penny, and then you can hand it down to a friend with a little one and make their winters just as easy.

What minimal temperatures it fits? It feels really thin for winter jacket.

We ordered this and got it within 2 days with Backcountry's awesome shipping! We love it. We got our 1.5 year old a size 2. It's big enough to last throughout Winter here in MN and possibly even the first month or 2 of next year's Winter. It is a handsome dark blue with red accents. It looks and feels like it keeps our toddler nice and warm. Best part is I don't worry about him wearing it in the car seat. Because it's down, it compresses really well when I tighten car seat harness. I do have a bit of advice in regards to caring for the jacket. Be careful when using lotion either on your hands or your child. We put some on our son's face and it rubbed off a bit on the jacket and you can tell it's a tad darker in that area now. We have not washed it yet and do not plan to. I feel like down jackets/sleeping bags get compromised when put in a washing machine. We plan on buying bigger size next year from Backcountry.

Toddler Down Jacket

i bought this for my best friends little boy who is finally big enough to grow into and wear these adorable down puffy jackets in the winter months. This jacket keeps him nice and toasty with plenty of room to still run around.

Such an expensive purchase for a 4 year old that will only wear for 4 months, but honestly, its worth it. The jacket is perfect. Perfect fit, perfect warmth level, easy on-off. Great job.
