Deceived - Worn Wear. Not new

Familiarity:: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Size Bought:: Small
Height:: 5' 6"
Weight:: 145

I was disappointed to receive this item as Worn Wear as opposed to a new Patagonia item. It still fits and wears well although there was no notification or markings of the item being used when's i viewed it online.
